Kering Beauté, a distinguished entity within the Kering Group, was established in February 2023 to cultivate a new domain of expertise in the Beauty sector, complementing the illustrious brands under its umbrella. This division is dedicated to enhancing the potential of renowned Houses such as Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Pomellato, and Qeelin. Kering Beauté's mission is to generate value for the Group and its Houses by leveraging each brand's unique identity, aligning with their strategic and market positioning, and prioritizing innovation and creativity to shape the future of luxury beauty sustainably and responsibly.

1. Assist with various HR projects, including policy development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
2. Support candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.
4. Maintain and update HR information systems and databases.
5. Assist with payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related tasks.
6. Provide support with employee inquiries, issue resolution, and maintaining positive employee relations.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

No prior experience required, but a passion for learning and contributing to a positive work environment is essential.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
