1. Assist with various HR projects, including policy development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
2. Support candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires.
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.
4. Maintain and update HR information systems and databases.
5. Assist with the administration of payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related tasks.
6. Provide support with employee inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive employee relations.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
