1. Assist with various HR projects, including policy development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
2. Support candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.
4. Help maintain and update HR information systems and databases.
5. Assist with payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related tasks.
6. Provide support with employee inquiries, issue resolution, and maintaining positive employee relations.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in human resources and the luxury fashion industry is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
