1. Assist with various HR projects, including policy development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
2. Support candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
3. Aid in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.
4. Maintain and update HR information systems and databases.
5. Assist with payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related tasks.
6. Support employee inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive employee relations.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in Human Resources is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
