1. Consolidate and analyze global P&L statements across various brands and markets.
2. Ensure financial data consistency between local entities and headquarters.
3. Monitor and analyze headquarters' expenditures, ensuring budget adherence and identifying variances.
4. Verify the accuracy and reliability of market-reported data, implementing controls to enhance reporting reliability.
5. Produce consolidated analyses for management, focusing on overall performance and brand profitability.
6. Prepare presentations for financial committees and executive management.
7. Participate in the development of consolidated budgets and forecasts, challenging market assumptions to ensure forecast accuracy.
8. Serve as the key liaison between local controllers and headquarters teams, coordinating closely with Finance, Marketing, Supply, and General Management.

1. Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, or Audit.

1. Proficiency in financial tools (advanced Excel, ERP systems such as SAP, BI).
2. Strong skills in multi-market consolidation and analysis.
3. Fluency in English is essential.

A minimum of 5 years in international management control, preferably within the Beauty/Luxury sector.

Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, or Audit.
