1. Manage and oversee ERP/SAP project implementation, including configuration, testing, and documentation of processes.
2. Ensure alignment of SAP functionalities with Operations, Finance, and Master Data requirements, maintaining cross-domain consistency.
3. Identify interdependencies and secure stakeholder alignment across IT integrators, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams.
4. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users, championing change management initiatives.
5. Oversee end-to-end Demand and Supply Planning for all brands, including defining forecasts, calibrating launch quantities, and validating orders against stock targets.
6. Lead weekly DDS routines and S&OP meetings, balancing service levels, inventory, and costs in accordance with Kering's sustainability guidelines.
7. Manage intercompany purchases and regional order flow, ensuring data accuracy in SAP post-implementation.
8. Cultivate relationships with 3PL partners, monitoring SLAs, optimizing storage and transport flows, and reviewing KPIs.
9. Participate in WMS evolution and implementation projects, coordinating order fulfillment and driving continuous improvement in service and operations.
10. Produce weekly sales and stock dashboards, conduct monthly variance analysis, and consolidate Net Sales, WHS, and Sell-out data.
11. Track departmental KPIs, perform root-cause analyses, and deploy corrective action plans.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations within international environments, including at least one full-cycle SAP deployment (ECC or S/4HANA).
2. Experience in the beauty or luxury sector is highly desirable.
3. Degree in Engineering or Business School.

1. Proven expertise in project and change management, with the ability to manage priorities amid ambiguity and pressure.
2. Advanced analytical abilities with strong command of SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain/Operations within international environments, including at least one full-cycle SAP deployment.

Degree in Engineering or Business School.
