1. Configure and support SAP implementation, including designing, testing (UAT), and documenting processes.
2. Align SAP functionalities with Operations, Finance, and Master-Data requirements to ensure cross-domain consistency.
3. Identify inter-dependencies and secure stakeholder alignment with IT integrator, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams.
4. Develop training materials and deliver end-user trainings, championing change management.
5. Oversee end-to-end Demand & Supply Planning for all brands, defining rolling 18-month forecasts and calibrating launch quantities.
6. Lead weekly DDS routines and S&OP meetings, balancing service levels, inventory, and cost in line with sustainability guidelines.
7. Manage intercompany purchases and regional order flow, ensuring data accuracy in SAP.
8. Maintain relationships with 3PL partners, monitoring SLAs and optimizing storage and transport flows.
9. Participate in WMS evolution and implementation projects.
10. Coordinate order fulfillment and drive continuous improvement in service and operations.
11. Produce weekly sales/stock dashboards and monthly variance analysis versus Budget & Market.
12. Consolidate Net Sales, WHS, and Sell-out data, building and maintaining Power BI reports.
13. Track departmental KPIs, perform root-cause analyses, and deploy corrective action plans.

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain/Operations within international environments, including at least one full-cycle SAP deployment (ECC or S/4HANA).
2. Experience in the beauty or luxury sector is a strong plus.
3. Engineering or Business School degree.

2. Advanced analytical abilities with strong command of SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, demonstrating a true team player mentality.
4. Proactive, adaptable, rigorous, and agile mindset, thriving in high-growth, multi-brand settings.
5. Fluent in English; French language skills are an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain/Operations within international environments, including at least one full-cycle SAP deployment (ECC or S/4HANA).

Engineering or Business School degree
