1. Oversee ERP/SAP project management, including configuration, support, and documentation of processes.
2. Align SAP functionalities with Operations, Finance, and Master-Data requirements ensuring cross-domain consistency.
3. Identify inter-dependencies and secure stakeholder alignment across IT integrator, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams.
4. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users, championing change management initiatives.
5. Manage end-to-end Demand & Supply Planning for all brands, including defining forecasts and validating orders against stock targets.
6. Lead weekly DDS routines and S&OP meetings, balancing service levels, inventory, and costs in line with sustainability guidelines.
7. Manage intercompany purchases and regional order flow, ensuring data accuracy in SAP post-implementation.
8. Maintain relationships with 3PL partners, optimizing storage and transport flows and reviewing KPIs.
9. Coordinate order fulfillment and drive continuous improvement in service and operations.
10. Produce weekly sales/stock dashboards and monthly variance analysis, consolidating data for Power BI reports.
11. Track departmental KPIs, perform root-cause analyses, and deploy corrective action plans.

1. Minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain/Operations within international environments.
2. At least one full-cycle SAP deployment experience (ECC or S/4HANA).
3. Experience in the beauty or luxury industry is a strong plus.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations within international settings, including at least one full-cycle SAP deployment.

Degree in Engineering or Business School.
