1. Process and integrate received orders into SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with stock availability, quotas, and commercial conditions.
2. Communicate effectively with customers regarding out-of-stock items, availability dates, and alternative solutions.
3. Coordinate with sales, finance, demand and supply planning, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
4. Manage customer returns and claims, collaborating with the warehouse and quality department to resolve issues.
5. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics and departmental KPIs, ensuring service continuity.
6. Provide backup support for colleagues, prioritizing requests and coordinating between teams.
7. Facilitate onboarding and training for new department employees.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within Customer Service and Supply Chain, preferably in the luxury and beauty industry.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SAP S/4, and Dynamics 365.
4. In-depth knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance procedures.

A minimum of 5 years in a customer service or supply chain role within the luxury and beauty industry.
