Kering Beauté Customer Service Assistant

- Manage and integrate customer orders into SAP, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct thorough checks on stock availability, quotas, and commercial conditions, and communicate with customers regarding out-of-stock items and alternatives.
- Coordinate order tracking from receipt to delivery, ensuring compliance with Incoterms and liaising with third-party logistics providers.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team, Finance, Demand and Supply Planning, and Transportation teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and resolve customer returns and claims, issuing credit notes as necessary.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and track key performance indicators for the Customer Service Department.
- Provide backup support for colleagues and assist in onboarding new employees within the department.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within Customer Service and Supply Chain, preferably in the Luxury and Beauty Industry.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SAP S/4, and Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms and customs clearance procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a strong team spirit.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
A minimum of 5 years in customer service and supply chain roles, ideally within the luxury and beauty sectors.
