1. Support the Regional Manager in key integration projects.
2. Collaborate with the Travel Retail team on business review preparation.
3. Develop and implement new processes to enhance commercial operations.
4. Monitor new products, emerging trends, and competitive intelligence.
5. Identify best practices that can enhance Kering Beauté's commercial opportunities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury or beauty industry.
3. Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial or retail support role, preferably within the luxury or beauty sector.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
