1. Support the Regional Manager in executing key integration projects.
2. Collaborate with the Travel Retail team to prepare comprehensive business reviews.
3. Develop and implement new processes to enhance commercial efficiency.
4. Monitor and analyze new product launches, emerging trends, and competitive intelligence.
5. Identify and recommend best practices to optimize commercial opportunities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail or beauty industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial or retail support role within the luxury or beauty industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
