1. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming, advising, and building loyalty with discerning clients through personalized and memorable experiences.
2. Achieve sales targets by implementing targeted commercial actions, including upselling and cross-selling.
3. Master the olfactory universe of Creed and convey this passion to clients.
4. Ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards and create a unique olfactory environment in the store.
5. Organize events and workshops to enhance brand image and drive store traffic.
6. Analyze sales results, identify opportunities, and propose improvement actions.
7. Manage inventory and participate in stocktaking.

1. Significant experience as a sales advisor in the fragrance industry.
2. Bilingual proficiency in English and French; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

2. Dynamic, proactive, and meticulous with the ability to multitask.
3. Result-oriented with experience in working with sales KPIs.
