1. Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming, advising, and building loyalty with a discerning clientele through personalized and memorable experiences.

3. Master the olfactory universe of Creed and passionately convey this knowledge to clients.
4. Ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards and create a unique olfactory atmosphere in the boutique.
5. Organize events and workshops to enhance brand image and drive in-store traffic.
6. Analyze sales results, identify opportunities, and propose improvement actions.
7. Manage stock levels and participate in inventory processes.

1. Significant experience as a sales advisor in the fragrance industry.
2. Result-oriented with experience working with sales KPIs.
3. Passionate about customer satisfaction and building trustful relationships.
4. Dynamic, proactive, meticulous, and capable of multitasking.
5. Bilingual in English and French; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
