1. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming, advising, and building loyalty with a discerning clientele through personalized and memorable experiences.

7. Manage stock levels and participate in inventory processes.

1. Significant experience as a sales advisor in the fragrance industry.
2. Result-oriented with experience working with sales KPIs.
3. Passionate about customer satisfaction and building trustful relationships.
4. Dynamic, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
5. Bilingual in English and French; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
