- Ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards and create a unique olfactory universe in-store.
- Organize events and workshops to enhance brand image and increase store traffic.
- Analyze sales results, identify opportunities, and propose improvement actions.
- Manage stock levels and participate in inventory processes.
- Significant experience as a sales advisor in the fragrance industry.
- Result-oriented with experience working with sales KPIs.
- Passionate about customer satisfaction and building trustful relationships.
- Dynamic, proactive, rigorous, and capable of multitasking.
- Bilingual in English and French; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
