- Conduct monthly analysis of sell-in and sell-out performance for Travel Retail clients using predefined KPIs in collaboration with Area Managers.
- Develop and propose strategic action plans to optimize sales performance.
- Monitor annual product launches to enhance revenue management, including stock and shortage tracking.
- Ensure excellence in merchandising execution and coordinate with field teams and operational marketing for negotiated animations.
- Consolidate training tools, visual plans, and product sheets for field teams, maintaining daily communication.
- Oversee budget management for promotional materials, including forecasting and inventory management.
- Assist in preparing strategic client meetings, including marketing plans, business reviews, and assortment recommendations.
- Serve as a junior Key Account Manager for select clients, facilitating presentations and negotiation preparations.
- Support the development of marketing plans and their local adaptations, managing trade animations with external agencies and retail managers.
- Manage the distribution of promotional tools to enhance sales, such as traffic stoppers and samples.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree or in a gap year from a business school or university.
- Previous experience in a commercial or operational marketing team is preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage daily priorities autonomously.
- Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and pivot tables.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in a second language such as Spanish or German being advantageous.
A first experience in a commercial or operational marketing team is ideal.
Master's degree in progress or gap year from a business school or university.
