- Perform month-end and year-end closing with strong controllership on all intercompany-related activities, streamlining current practices to enhance quality and accelerate the closing process for statutory reporting, including financial and tax audit.
- Lead all fixed asset management, including policy development, process standardization, and control implementation, while managing the full cycle of fixed assets processes such as schedule preparation, reconciliation, and periodic checks for disposal or impairment.
- Drive cross-team understanding of new accounting standards, applying and training technical principles to develop the team.
- Document current processes and ensure alignment with the global Shared Services Center model and calendar.
- Support the rollout of Kering Group's internal controls framework, ensuring control objectives are identified and corresponding controls are designed, executed, documented, and reviewed.
- Collaborate with SAP and P2P teams to align and facilitate the end-to-end process of intercompany and fixed asset processing, managing and advising on intercompany reconciliation and resolving disputes.
- Work with local and regional treasury teams on intercompany payment proposals and cash flow monitoring.
- Lead potential takeovers of intercompany processing, managing stakeholder expectations to drive global core processes.
- Leverage digital capabilities to support the Shared Services Center's objective of becoming 100% paperless.
- Participate actively in ad-hoc assignments, process improvement initiatives, and Kering Group's transformation projects.
- Accounting/Finance major with CA qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a public accounting firm, preferably from a Big 4 firm.
- Experience in major transformational projects related to financial systems and processes is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Exposure to the APAC market is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a public accounting firm, preferably a Big 4.
Accounting/Finance major with CA qualification.
