Kering Assistant R2R - Intercompany & Fixed Assets

- Execute month-end and year-end closing processes with a focus on intercompany transactions, ensuring streamlined practices for efficient reporting.
- Lead the management of fixed assets, including policy development, process standardization, and full-cycle asset management.
- Facilitate cross-team understanding and application of new accounting standards, providing training and technical guidance.
- Document and align current processes with the global Shared Services Center model and calendar.
- Support the implementation of Kering Group's internal controls framework, ensuring effective control design and execution.
- Collaborate with SAP and P2P teams to align and facilitate intercompany and fixed asset processing, resolving disputes as necessary.
- Coordinate with local and regional treasury teams on intercompany payment proposals and cash flow monitoring.
- Drive initiatives for global core process adoption in intercompany processing, managing stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize digital capabilities to achieve a paperless Shared Services Center, redesigning controls and processes.
- Participate actively in ad-hoc assignments, process improvement initiatives, and Kering Group transformation projects.
- Accounting/Finance major with Chartered Accountant qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a public accounting firm, preferably Big 4.
- Experience in major transformational projects involving financial systems and processes.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Exposure to APAC markets.
- Project management skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Agility, inquisitiveness, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
A minimum of five years in finance and accounting roles, with at least two years in a public accounting firm, preferably within the Big 4.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a Chartered Accountant qualification.
