- Process invoices within service level agreements (SLAs).
- Escalate problematic invoices promptly.
- Resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Manage period, quarter, and year-end processing.
- Address end market inquiries efficiently.
- Meet established service levels.
- Engage in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
- Provide backup support to peers when necessary.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes.
- Maintain accounts payable general policies and procedures.
- Participate in enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls programs.
- Comply with accounting principles, shared service center standards, and SLAs.
- Address stakeholder issues and requests effectively.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with Brand Finance teams.
- Enhance team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.
- Create a positive work environment that fosters team performance.
- Coach new team members to improve skills and knowledge.
- Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts and procedures.
- Understanding of expenditure cycle and rules, including purchase orders and invoices.
- Knowledge of inter-company recharge principles and rules.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Strong computer skills and a proactive learning attitude.
- Ability to work well within a team and establish productive relationships.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process is required.
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
