Kering Assistant Project Coordinator Internship

- Assist in gathering requirements from internal clients across various Kering departments.
- Create initial layout simulations using AutoCad, including test fits and macro/micro zoning.
- Contribute to the preparation of tender documents for project design and execution.
- Participate in the technical and financial analysis of tender responses.
- Monitor construction progress and attend site meetings.
- Ensure proper management of contractual and administrative aspects of all project phases, including contract management, reception, and billing.
- Verify the progress and quality of services delivered by suppliers.
- Develop communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school or pursuing a Master's degree in construction.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AutoCad is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English.
No prior experience required, but relevant academic background in construction is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a Master's in construction.
