1. Assist in gathering requirements from internal clients across various Kering departments.
2. Create initial layout simulations using AutoCad, including test fits and macro/micro zoning.
3. Contribute to the preparation of tender documents for project design and execution.
4. Participate in the technical and financial analysis of tender responses.
5. Monitor construction progress and attend site meetings.
6. Ensure proper management of contractual and administrative aspects of all project phases, including contract management, reception, and billing.
7. Verify the progress and quality of services delivered by suppliers.
8. Develop communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school or pursuing a Master's degree in construction.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Familiarity with AutoCad is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
5. Team-oriented mindset.
6. Fluency in English.

No prior experience required, but relevant academic background in construction is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a Master's in construction.
