Kering Assistant - P2P (Travel & Entertainment Expenses)

- Execute the APAC Audit process for Travel & Entertainment expenses in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and perform analysis as requested.
- Address and resolve employee queries efficiently.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Contribute to internal projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance existing processes.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as necessary and provide peer support when required.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and maintain Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
- Participate in enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to internal control programs and compliance with accounting principles, SSC standards, and SLAs.
- Address stakeholder issues and requests, maintaining strong relationships with Brand Finance teams.
- Foster team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.
- Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.
- Proficiency in organizational and time management.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Knowledge of expenditure cycle and inter-company recharge principles.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Strong computer skills and a proactive learning attitude.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Cultural sensitivity and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or fresh graduates with a degree in a related field.
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
