1. Execute the APAC Audit process for Travel & Entertainment expenses in compliance with established policies and procedures.
2. Generate ad-hoc reports and perform analysis as requested.
3. Address and resolve employee queries efficiently.
4. Support internal and external audit activities.
5. Contribute to internal projects and process improvement initiatives.
6. Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance existing processes.
7. Perform ad hoc tasks as necessary and provide peer support when required.
8. Assist with the implementation of new processes and maintain Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
9. Participate in enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Ensure adherence to internal control programs and compliance with accounting principles, SSC standards, and SLAs.
11. Address stakeholder issues and requests, maintaining strong relationships with Brand Finance teams.
12. Foster team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.

1. Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.

1. Proficiency in organizational and time management.
2. Basic understanding of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
3. Knowledge of expenditure cycle and inter-company recharge principles.
4. Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
5. Strong computer skills and a proactive learning attitude.
6. Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
7. Cultural sensitivity and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
8. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or fresh graduates with a degree in a related field.

Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
