Kering Assistant - P2P (Travel & Entertainment Expenses)

- Execute the APAC Audit process for Travel & Entertainment expenses in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process employee claims efficiently and in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
- Conduct Lodge Card reconciliation and manage employee queries.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Participate in internal projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintain Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting principles and SSC standards.
- Address stakeholder issues and requests, maintaining strong relationships with Brand Finance teams.
- Enhance team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.
- Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
- Basic understanding of expenditure cycle and inter-company recharge principles.
- Familiarity with fundamental accounting concepts and practices.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Excellent computer skills and a proactive learning attitude.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or fresh graduates with a degree in a related field.
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
