1. Execute the APAC Audit process for Travel & Entertainment expenses in compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Process employee claims efficiently and in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
3. Conduct Lodge Card reconciliation and manage employee queries.
4. Support internal and external audit activities.
5. Participate in internal projects and process improvement initiatives.
6. Assist with new process implementations and maintain Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
7. Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting principles and SSC standards.
8. Address stakeholder issues and requests, maintaining strong relationships with Brand Finance teams.
9. Enhance team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.

1. Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin.
3. Basic understanding of expenditure cycle and inter-company recharge principles.
4. Familiarity with fundamental accounting concepts and practices.

1. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
2. Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
3. Excellent computer skills and a proactive learning attitude.
4. Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
5. Quantitative and analytical skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or fresh graduates with a degree in a related field.

Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
