Kering Assistant - P2P

- Conduct pre and post-payment control checks for batch and emergency payments.
- Execute manual payments via bank portals, ensuring adherence to service levels.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
- Support peers as necessary and handle ad hoc tasks.
- Ensure compliance with Treasury and Account Payable policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance measures and key performance indicators.
- Participate in process efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
- Foster a positive work environment and train new team members.
- Degree in Accounting or professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of SAP and shared services experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts and procedures.
- Proficiency in SAP FI/CO module is an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and other productivity tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle cultural sensitivities.
- Quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service.
1-2 years of related job experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Degree in Accounting or professional certification in ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
