1. Execute the APAC Audit process in alignment with T&E policies and procedures.
2. Generate ad-hoc reports and perform analysis as requested.
3. Address and resolve employee inquiries.
4. Support both internal and external audit activities.
5. Participate in internal projects and process improvement initiatives.
6. Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance existing processes.
7. Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed and provide backup support to peers.
8. Assist with the implementation of new processes and maintain Accounts Payable policies.
9. Contribute to process efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
10. Ensure compliance with internal control programs, accounting principles, and SSC standards.
11. Manage stakeholder issues and requests, maintaining relationships with Brand Finance teams.
12. Promote team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.

1. Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.

1. Proficiency in Mandarin and English communication, both oral and written.
2. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
3. Basic understanding of expenditure cycles, inter-company recharge principles, and general administrative duties.
4. Competence in SAP and other financial systems.
5. Advanced computer skills and a proactive learning attitude.
6. Ability to build productive working relationships with team members.
7. Analytical skills and cultural sensitivity.
8. Customer service excellence and relationship-building capabilities.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or fresh graduates with a degree in a related field.

Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
