- Execute the APAC Audit process in alignment with T&E policies and procedures.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and perform analysis as requested.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries.
- Support both internal and external audit activities.
- Participate in internal projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance existing processes.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed and provide backup support to peers.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes and maintain Accounts Payable policies.
- Contribute to process efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal control programs, accounting principles, and SSC standards.
- Manage stakeholder issues and requests, maintaining relationships with Brand Finance teams.
- Promote team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.
- Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English communication, both oral and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic understanding of expenditure cycles, inter-company recharge principles, and general administrative duties.
- Competence in SAP and other financial systems.
- Advanced computer skills and a proactive learning attitude.
- Ability to build productive working relationships with team members.
- Analytical skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Customer service excellence and relationship-building capabilities.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or fresh graduates with a degree in a related field.
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
