Kering Assistant - P2P

- Conduct pre- and post-payment control checks for batch payments.
- Execute emergency payments in accordance with Project Alfred exceptions and payment controls.
- Input manual payments into the bank portal.
- Maintain and update payment logs.
- Provide backup support to peers as needed.
- Execute and release batch payments according to the payment schedule.
- Address inquiries from the Invoice Processing Team, brands, and vendors within two days.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintenance of treasury and accounts payable policies.
- Monitor performance measures and key performance indicators.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to internal control programs and accounting principles.
- Test new processes and systems for enhanced payment processing.
- Address stakeholder issues and requests effectively.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with applicable brands.
- Create a positive work environment to enhance team performance.
- Train new team members and share knowledge.
- Enhance team interaction and optimize effectiveness.
- Degree in Accounting or professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or MIA).
- 1-2 years of relevant job experience.
- Good understanding and knowledge of SAP.
- Industry or shared services experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to use SAP FI/CO module is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and persuasion.
- Quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to interact courteously with customers and ensure high-quality service.
1-2 years of relevant job experience in a similar role.
Degree in Accounting or professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or MIA).
