Kering Assistant - P2P (Japanese Speaker)

- Execute the APAC audit process in alignment with company policies and procedures for Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested.
- Provide support and resolution for employee queries.
- Assist in internal and external audit activities.
- Contribute to internal projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline existing processes.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
- Provide backup support for peers as required.
- Assist with the implementation of new processes.
- Maintain Accounts Payable general policies and procedures.
- Participate in enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to internal control programs and compliance with accounting principles, SSC standards, and SLAs.
- Address stakeholder issues and requests effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain working relationships with Brand Finance departments.
- Enhance team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.
- Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of work experience or a degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Japanese language (reading and writing).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of expenditure cycles and rules, including purchase orders, invoices, and payment terms.
- Understanding of inter-company recharge principles and rules.
- Familiarity with general administrative duties and procedures.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Strong computer skills and a proactive learning attitude.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Cultural sensitivity and strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience or fresh graduates with a degree in a related field.
Diploma or degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
