Kering Assistant - P2P (Invoice Processing)

- Perform routine and transactional processing within the Accounts Payable function to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Process invoices within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.
- Escalate problematic invoices promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
- Handle period, quarter, and year-end processing tasks.
- Address inquiries from end markets and maintain service levels.
- Provide backup support to peers as needed and perform ad hoc tasks.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintain Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting principles and SLAs.
- Address stakeholder issues and maintain relationships with Brands Finance.
- Enhance team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.
- Create a positive work environment and coach new team members.
- Diploma with 1-2 years of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Understanding of expenditure cycle and inter-company recharge principles.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Good computer skills and proactive learning ability.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to work well with team members and achieve productive relationships.
- Cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process is required.
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
