1. Perform routine and transactional processing within the Accounts Payable function to ensure quality and accuracy.
2. Process invoices within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.
3. Escalate problematic invoices promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
4. Handle period, quarter, and year-end processing tasks.
5. Address inquiries from end markets and maintain service levels.
6. Provide backup support to peers as needed and perform ad hoc tasks.
7. Assist with new process implementations and maintain Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
8. Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting principles and SLAs.
9. Address stakeholder issues and maintain relationships with Brands Finance.
10. Enhance team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.
11. Create a positive work environment and coach new team members.

1. Diploma with 1-2 years of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.

1. Good organizational and time management skills.
2. Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
3. Understanding of expenditure cycle and inter-company recharge principles.
4. Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
5. Good computer skills and proactive learning ability.
6. Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
7. Ability to work well with team members and achieve productive relationships.
8. Cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.

Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process is required.

Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
