1. Develop event narratives tailored to luxury audiences, integrating brand values into immersive experiences.
2. Collaborate with design and PR teams to ensure alignment of event details and execution.
3. Oversee on-site event execution and conduct post-event evaluations.
4. Design and execute communication plans for campaigns, including content and asset production.
5. Support media director in media amplification planning and negotiations.
6. Manage media partnerships and liaise with media agencies.
7. Negotiate contracts with agencies to secure high-quality services within budget.
8. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.
9. Manage budgets to optimize costs while maintaining luxury standards.
10. Create and monitor detailed project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

1. Minimum of 4 years experience in a marketing team or agency, preferably within the luxury industry.
2. Proficiency in English; additional languages such as French are advantageous.
3. Ability to communicate and present independently to global teams.

2. Experience in content production, including video and visual assets for communication campaigns.
3. Collaborative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
4. Strong timeline and process management skills.

A minimum of 4 years in marketing or agency roles, with a focus on luxury industry experience preferred.
