- Develop event narratives tailored to luxury audiences, integrating brand values into immersive experiences.
- Collaborate with design and PR teams to ensure alignment of event details and execution.
- Oversee on-site event execution and conduct post-event evaluations.
- Design and execute communication plans for campaigns, including content and asset production.
- Support media director in media amplification planning and negotiations.
- Manage media partnerships and liaise with media agencies.
- Negotiate contracts with agencies to secure high-quality services within budget.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.
- Manage budgets to optimize costs while maintaining luxury standards.
- Create and monitor detailed project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a marketing team or agency, preferably within the luxury industry.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as French are advantageous.
- Ability to communicate and present independently to global teams.
- Expertise in luxury event management.
- Experience in content production, including video and visual assets for communication campaigns.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
- Strong timeline and process management skills.
A minimum of 4 years in marketing or agency roles, with a focus on luxury industry experience preferred.
