1. Manage daily accounting operations, including fixed assets, taxation (VAT, CVAE, corporate tax), payroll reconciliation, and statutory account justification.
2. Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements in European countries.
3. Prepare fiscal packages, annual accounts, and statutory reports for external auditors.
4. Organize and participate in general meetings with legal entities' governing bodies.
5. Present monthly results in meetings with Kering Houses.
6. Collaborate with various departments and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local and regional FSSC teams, Kering Houses, and auditors.
7. Organize, distribute, and supervise the work of a team of general accounting collaborators.
8. Motivate and develop team members, ensuring skill and knowledge transfer.
9. Conduct professional and annual performance reviews.
10. Participate in projects related to accounting activities and process improvements.
11. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure data integrity.
12. Work closely with other departments, treasury, and brand controlling teams for effective communication and coordination.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (DCG) or Master's in Accounting/Control/Audit/Finance (DSCG or CCA).
2. Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a general accountant, preferably in a shared service environment.
3. Proven experience in team management.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ability to apply local and international accounting standards.
5. Fluency in French and English.

Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in general accounting, ideally within a shared service environment, with proven team management experience.
