Kering Assistant Manager - Senior Accountant R2R

- Manage daily accounting operations, including fixed assets, taxation (VAT, CVAE, corporate tax), payroll reconciliation, and statutory account justification.
- Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements in European countries.
- Prepare fiscal packages, annual accounts, and statutory reports for external auditors.
- Organize and participate in general meetings with legal entities' governing bodies.
- Present monthly results in meetings with Kering Houses.
- Collaborate with various departments and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local and regional FSSC teams, Kering Houses, and auditors.
- Organize, distribute, and supervise the work of a team of general accounting collaborators.
- Motivate and develop team members, ensuring skill and knowledge transfer.
- Conduct professional and annual performance reviews.
- Participate in projects related to accounting activities and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls to ensure data integrity.
- Work closely with other departments, treasury, and brand controlling teams for effective communication and coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (DCG) or Master's in Accounting/Control/Audit/Finance (DSCG or CCA).
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a general accountant, preferably in a shared service environment.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ability to apply local and international accounting standards.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Dynamic with strong adaptability and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in general accounting, ideally within a shared service environment, with proven team management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (DCG) or Master's in Accounting/Control/Audit/Finance (DSCG or CCA).
