Kering Assistant Manager - Senior Accountant R2R

- Coordinate daily general accounting tasks during monthly and annual closings, including asset management, tax management, payroll reconciliation, and financial data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with international and local accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Manage a team of 4-6 accountants responsible for statutory accounts of 15-20 legal entities across Europe.
- Supervise, train, and develop the team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Participate in monthly meetings with Kering brands to present financial results.
- Act as the main point of contact for financial accounting queries within the European platform.
- Contribute to ongoing projects, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with accounting standards.
- Organize, prioritize, and oversee daily team tasks, ensuring smooth monthly closings for entities within the scope.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (DCG, DSCG, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a general accountant, preferably within a shared service environment.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ability to apply local and international accounting standards.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong adaptability and teamwork capabilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex accounting tasks.
A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in general accounting, ideally within a shared service center, with proven team management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (DCG, DSCG, or equivalent).
