1. Coordinate daily general accounting tasks during monthly and annual closures, including asset management, tax management, payroll reconciliation, and financial data analysis.
2. Ensure end-of-month and end-of-year statutory account justification and control, including balance sheet account justification and documentation in SAP reporting software.
3. Prepare fiscal packages and annual accounts, as well as statutory statements and supporting documents for external auditors.
4. Participate in ongoing projects, ensuring robust internal controls to maintain financial data integrity in line with the Group's internal control procedures.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and current tax regulations.
6. Collaborate closely with other departments within the platform, treasury teams, and brand controllers to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination.
7. Organize, prioritize, and monitor the team's daily tasks, ensuring smooth monthly closures for the entities within the scope.
8. Provide technical support and expert guidance on complex issues and enhance the team's performance data quality.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, or Finance (DCG) or a Master's degree (DSCG or CCA).
2. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a general accountant, ideally within a shared service environment.
3. Proven experience in team management.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to apply local and international accounting standards.

4. Fluency in French and English.

A minimum of 5-6 years in general accounting, preferably within a shared service center, with proven team management experience.
