Kering Assistant Manager - Senior Accountant R2R

- Coordinate daily general accounting tasks during monthly and annual closures, including asset management, tax management, payroll reconciliation, and financial data analysis.
- Ensure end-of-month and end-of-year statutory account justification and control, including balance sheet account justification and documentation in SAP reporting software.
- Prepare fiscal packages and annual accounts, as well as statutory statements and supporting documents for external auditors.
- Participate in ongoing projects, ensuring robust internal controls to maintain financial data integrity in line with the Group's internal control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and current tax regulations.
- Collaborate closely with other departments within the platform, treasury teams, and brand controllers to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination.
- Organize, prioritize, and monitor the team's daily tasks, ensuring smooth monthly closures for the entities within the scope.
- Provide technical support and expert guidance on complex issues and enhance the team's performance data quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, or Finance (DCG) or a Master's degree (DSCG or CCA).
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a general accountant, ideally within a shared service environment.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to apply local and international accounting standards.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Dynamic with strong adaptability and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 5-6 years in general accounting, preferably within a shared service center, with proven team management experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Control, Audit, or Finance (DCG) or a Master's degree (DSCG or CCA).
