Kering Assistant Manager - P2P

- Assist in finance performance improvement engagements, focusing on analyzing and optimizing FSSC processes.
- Document and map current processes to the global SSC model and calendar.
- Lead ongoing FSSC knowledge transition projects and governance workstreams, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Facilitate cross-team understanding of new accounting standards and systems, and train team members in technical principles.
- Serve as a financial modeler and administrator for Power BI dashboards to measure FSSC performance metrics and SLAs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for system enhancements and SAP system rollouts, including SAP master data.
- Support the implementation of Kering Group’s internal controls framework (COSO) across assigned markets.
- Drive the implementation of Blackline, Esker, Concur, Power BI, and Kering P2P solutions with the support of the Regional Internal Control Manager.
- Participate actively in ad-hoc assignments, process improvement initiatives, and Kering Group’s transformation projects.
- Support the Finance KFSSC objective to achieve a 100% paperless environment and design controls leveraging digital capabilities.
- Implement continuous accounting and target a fast close process leveraging new processes and technologies.
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with 2 to 3 years in a public accounting firm, preferably from a Big 4 firm.
- 1 to 2 years of accounting and commercial experience in an MNC environment with a hybrid reporting matrix.
- Experience with major transformational projects related to financial systems and processes, such as SAP or Oracle.
- Independent operator with a fast learning ability.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Agility and inquisitiveness.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including initial exposure in a public accounting firm and subsequent experience in an MNC environment.
Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
