1. Manage and develop the finance team to collaborate closely with retail brands, providing financial controlling and consulting services.
2. Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with statutory requirements and company policies by liaising with the accounting team.
3. Review accounting records prepared by the accounting team.
4. Prepare monthly management reports and analyses.
5. Develop budgeting and forecasting for multiple brands.
6. Monitor financial performance, analyze operating results, investigate variances, and evaluate their impact on operations.
7. Act as a business partner to collaborate closely with brands and operations.
8. Assess and implement process improvements.
9. Perform ad hoc duties as required.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent preferred.
2. Minimum of 8 years of solid FP&A experience in MNC/retail/FMCG industry with supervisory experience.
3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

2. Strong business acumen.
3. Solid analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
4. Effective communication skills and well-organized with a can-do attitude.

A minimum of 8 years of solid FP&A experience in multinational corporations, retail, or FMCG industries, including supervisory experience.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent preferred.
