Kering Assistant Finance Manager

- Manage and develop the finance team to collaborate closely with retail brands, providing financial controlling and consulting services.
- Ensure financial data integrity and compliance with statutory requirements and company policies by liaising with the accounting team.
- Review accounting records prepared by the accounting team.
- Prepare monthly management reports and analyses.
- Develop budgeting and forecasting for multiple brands.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze operating results, investigate variances, and evaluate their impact on operations.
- Act as a business partner to collaborate closely with brands and operations.
- Assess and implement process improvements.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of solid FP&A experience in MNC/retail/FMCG industry with supervisory experience.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with different stakeholders in matrix environments.
- Strong business acumen.
- Solid analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and well-organized with a can-do attitude.
A minimum of 8 years of solid FP&A experience in multinational corporations, retail, or FMCG industries, including supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent preferred.
