Kering Assistant Accounts Payable Manager

- Administer and streamline shared service processes within the Kering Finance Shared Services Center.
- Establish and align global business process expense models across 17 SSCs.
- Eliminate redundant processes and maximize technology use in compliance with local legal requirements.
- Generate business insights for expense optimization and internal controls.
- Support regionalization of Business Expense processing.
- Ensure effective post-implementation support and stabilization of the SAP system.
- Review and book employee, store, and vendor expenses, ensuring compliance with payment evidence.
- Monitor recurring expenses and communicate discrepancies to brands.
- Reconcile accounts payable and intercompany reconciliation files monthly.
- Support annual and tax-related audits, including VAT return filing and corporate tax adjustments.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the Finance Manager and Head of Finance Shared Service Center.
- Ensure proper documentation storage and retrieval.
- Foster alignment and harmonization between back-office functions and brand teams.
- Approximately 7 years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
- Native Korean speaker with fluent English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting and retail business.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain patience in a demanding environment.
- Proactive attitude and hands-on mentality.
Approximately 7 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, with a focus on accounts payable and financial administration.
