Kering Assistant Accountant - P2P

1. Process invoices within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
2. Escalate and resolve problematic invoices promptly.
3. Conduct period, quarter, and year-end processing.
4. Address inquiries from end markets.
5. Ensure compliance with service levels and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Provide backup support to peers as necessary.
7. Assist with new process implementations and maintenance of Accounts Payable policies.
8. Ensure adherence to internal control programs and accounting principles.
9. Manage stakeholder relationships and address their issues and requests.
10. Enhance team interaction and foster a positive work environment.
11. Coach new team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

1. Diploma with 2-3 years of relevant work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.

1. Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
2. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
3. Basic understanding of accounting concepts and expenditure cycles.
4. Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
5. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
6. Proactive learning and good computer skills.
7. Cultural sensitivity and awareness.

A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role or fresh graduates with relevant degrees.

Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
