1. Process invoices within the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
2. Escalate and resolve problematic invoices promptly.
3. Execute period, quarter, and year-end processing.
4. Address end market inquiries and meet service levels.
5. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
6. Provide backup support to peers as needed.
7. Assist in the implementation of new processes and maintain Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
8. Ensure adherence to internal control programs and compliance with accounting principles, SSC standards, and SLAs.
9. Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
10. Foster a positive team environment and coach new team members.

1. Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience or a fresh graduate with a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

1. Organizational and time management skills.
2. Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
3. Understanding of expenditure cycle and inter-company recharge principles.
4. Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
5. Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
6. Cultural sensitivity and ability to work well in a team environment.

A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience or a fresh graduate with a relevant degree.

Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
