Kering Assistant Accountant - P2P

- Process invoices within the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Escalate and resolve problematic invoices promptly.
- Execute period, quarter, and year-end processing.
- Address end market inquiries and meet service levels.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
- Provide backup support to peers as needed.
- Assist in the implementation of new processes and maintain Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to internal control programs and compliance with accounting principles, SSC standards, and SLAs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
- Foster a positive team environment and coach new team members.
- Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience or a fresh graduate with a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Understanding of expenditure cycle and inter-company recharge principles.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work well in a team environment.
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience or a fresh graduate with a relevant degree.
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
