Kering Assistant Accountant - P2P

- Perform routine and transactional processing within the Accounts Payable function to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Process invoices within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
- Escalate problematic invoices in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Conduct period, quarter, and year-end processing.
- Address inquiries from end markets.
- Meet established service levels.
- Complete ad hoc tasks as required.
- Provide backup support to peers when necessary.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintenance of Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls programs and compliance with accounting principles, SSC standards, and SLAs.
- Assist in addressing stakeholder issues and requests.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with Brands Finance.
- Enhance team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.
- Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience or fresh graduates in a relevant field.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Basic understanding of the expenditure cycle and rules, including purchase orders, invoices, credit/debit notes, and payment terms.
- Basic knowledge of inter-company recharge principles and rules.
- Understanding of general administrative duties and procedures.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Strong computer skills and a proactive learning attitude.
- Ability to work well with team members and establish productive working relationships.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience or fresh graduates with a degree or diploma in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
