Kering Assistant Accountant - P2P

- Perform routine transactional processing within the Accounts Payable function, ensuring quality and accuracy in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Process invoices efficiently and escalate problematic invoices promptly.
- Resolve issues in a timely manner and manage period, quarter, and year-end processing.
- Address end market inquiries and ensure service levels are met.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintain Accounts Payable general policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls programs and compliance with accounting principles, SSC standards, and SLAs.
- Assist in addressing stakeholder issues and requests, and maintain working relationships with Brands Finance.
- Enhance team interaction and optimize team effectiveness.
- Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience or fresh graduates in a related field.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Basic understanding of expenditure cycle and rules, including purchase orders, invoices, credit/debit notes, and payment terms.
- Basic knowledge of inter-company recharge principles and rules.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Good computer skills and a proactive learning attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and establish productive working relationships.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, or fresh graduates with a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
