Kering Assistant Accountant – P2P

- Perform routine and transactional processing within the Accounts Payable function to ensure accurate completion of services and KPIs as defined in the SLA.
- Conduct pre and post-payment controls for batch payments and execute emergency payments in accordance with Project Alfred exceptions.
- Input manual payments in the bank portal and update logs accordingly.
- Provide backup support to peers and handle ad hoc tasks as required.
- Execute and release batch and emergency payments according to the payment schedule and bank cut-off times.
- Address invoice processing team, brand, and vendor inquiries within two days.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintain treasury and accounts payable policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance measures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to internal control programs and compliance with accounting principles, SSC standards, and SLAs.
- Assist in addressing stakeholder issues and requests, and maintain working relationships with brands.
- Create a positive work environment, train new team members, and enhance team interaction.
- Degree in Accounting or professional certification in ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
- 1-2 years of relevant job experience.
- Good understanding and knowledge of SAP.
- Industry or shared services experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Advanced knowledge and use of MS Office.
- Ability to use SAP FI/CO module is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork and motivational skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, and persuasion.
- Quantitative and analytical skills.
1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a related field is required.
Degree in Accounting or professional certification in ACCA, CPA, or MIA.
