1. Execute routine and transactional processing within the Accounts Payable function to ensure quality and accuracy as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
2. Process invoices within the established SLA and escalate problematic invoices promptly.
3. Resolve issues efficiently and participate in period, quarter, and year-end processing.
4. Address inquiries from end markets and ensure service levels are met.
5. Engage in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
6. Provide backup support to peers as needed and perform ad hoc tasks.
7. Assist with new process implementations and maintain Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
8. Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting principles, and SLAs.
9. Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
10. Enhance team interaction and effectiveness, fostering a positive work environment.
11. Coach new team members to improve skills and knowledge.

1. Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.

1. Organizational and time management skills.
2. Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
3. Familiarity with expenditure cycle rules and inter-company recharge principles.
4. Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
5. Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
6. Understanding of cultural sensitivities.

Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process is required.

Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
