Kering Assistant Accountant – P2P

- Execute routine and transactional processing within the Accounts Payable function to ensure quality and accuracy as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Process invoices within the established SLA and escalate problematic invoices promptly.
- Resolve issues efficiently and participate in period, quarter, and year-end processing.
- Address inquiries from end markets and ensure service levels are met.
- Engage in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
- Provide backup support to peers as needed and perform ad hoc tasks.
- Assist with new process implementations and maintain Accounts Payable policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting principles, and SLAs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
- Enhance team interaction and effectiveness, fostering a positive work environment.
- Coach new team members to improve skills and knowledge.
- Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting for fresh graduates.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Familiarity with expenditure cycle rules and inter-company recharge principles.
- Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
- Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Understanding of cultural sensitivities.
Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process is required.
Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
