1. Perform team processes including invoice processing within SLA
2. Escalate problematic invoices in a timely manner
3. Resolve issues promptly
4. Conduct period/quarter/year-end processing
5. Address end market inquiries
6. Meet service levels
7. Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving
8. Provide backup for peers if required
9. Perform ad hoc tasks as needed
10. Assist with new process implementations
11. Maintain Accounts Payable general policies and procedures
12. Ensure adherence to internal controls programs
13. Comply with accounting principles, SSC standards, and SLAs
14. Assist in addressing stakeholder issues and requests
15. Establish and maintain working relationships with Brands Finance
16. Enhance team interaction and optimize team effectiveness
17. Create a positive work environment that fosters team performance
18. Coach new team members to improve skills and knowledge

1. Diploma with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience or fresh graduates with a degree in a relevant field (preferably Commerce, Finance, Accounting)

1. Good organizational and time management skills
2. Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
3. Basic knowledge of expenditure cycle and rules
4. Basic knowledge of inter-company recharge principles and rules
5. Understanding of general administrative duties and procedures
6. Ability to use SAP and other financial systems
7. Good computer skills and proactive learner
8. Ability to work well with team members and achieve productive working relationships
9. Effective communication skills in English, both orally and in writing
10. Understanding of cultural sensitivities

Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process.

Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (preferably Commerce, Finance, Accounting).
