1. Process invoices within service level agreements (SLA).
2. Escalate problematic invoices promptly.
3. Resolve issues in a timely manner.
4. Conduct period, quarter, and year-end processing.
5. Address inquiries from end markets.
6. Meet established service levels.
7. Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
8. Provide backup support to peers as needed.
9. Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
10. Assist in implementing new processes.
11. Maintain accounts payable general policies and procedures.
12. Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting principles.
13. Address stakeholder issues and requests.
14. Maintain relationships with Brands Finance.
15. Enhance team interaction and optimize effectiveness.
16. Foster a positive work environment.
17. Coach new team members.

1. Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

1. Organizational and time management skills.
2. Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and procedures.
3. Understanding of expenditure cycle and rules.
4. Knowledge of inter-company recharge principles.
5. Proficiency in SAP and financial systems.
6. Effective communication in English.
7. Cultural sensitivity.

Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process is required.

Diploma or degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
