1. Process invoices and transactions within service level agreements.
2. Escalate and resolve problematic invoices promptly.
3. Conduct period, quarter, and year-end processing.
4. Address inquiries from end markets and ensure service levels are met.
5. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving.
6. Assist with new process implementations and maintain accounts payable policies.
7. Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with accounting principles.
8. Manage stakeholder relationships and address issues and requests.
9. Enhance team interaction and foster a positive work environment.
10. Coach new team members to improve skills and knowledge.

1. Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience or a degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

1. Proficiency in SAP and other financial systems.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and expenditure cycle.
4. Effective communication skills in English.
5. Ability to work well in a team and understand cultural sensitivities.

Experience in performing the Purchase to Payment process is required.

Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
