- Understand IT asset management processes including lifecycle and tools for both hardware and software.
- Enhance delivery processes by contributing to process design and adding new interfaces and automations using Agile methodology.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UATs).
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including support teams, infrastructure teams, service/product owners, and procurement.
- Identify and gather requirements to propose associated solutions.
- Support global teams in adopting new usages and ensure the global coherence of asset inventories.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by gathering feedback, proposing optimizations, and tracking associated delivery.
- Conduct audits and inventories for hardware and software.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac+4/5).
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with flexibility and adaptability in an international environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with ServiceNow is advantageous.
