Kering Asset Management Intern

- Manage IT assets including phones, PCs, tablets, servers, and licenses within Kering Technologies.
- Enhance delivery processes by designing new interfaces and automations using Agile methodology.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UATs).
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including support teams, infrastructure teams, service/product owners, and procurement.
- Identify and collect requirements, proposing associated solutions.
- Support global teams in adopting new practices and ensuring inventory consistency.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement, gather feedback, propose optimizations, and track associated delivery.
- Conduct audits and inventories of hardware and software.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac+4/5).
- Strong analytical and synthetic thinking skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in an international environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, international team.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in IT asset management or related fields are beneficial.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac+4/5).
