1. Manage IT assets including phones, PCs, tablets, servers, and licenses within Kering Technologies.
2. Enhance delivery processes by designing new interfaces and automations using Agile methodology.
3. Participate in user acceptance testing (UATs).
4. Coordinate with various stakeholders including support teams, infrastructure teams, service/product owners, and procurement.
5. Identify and collect requirements, proposing associated solutions.
6. Support global teams in adopting new practices and ensuring inventory consistency.
7. Contribute to continuous process improvement, gather feedback, propose optimizations, and track associated delivery.
8. Conduct audits and inventories of hardware and software.
9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business (Bac+4/5).
2. Strong analytical and synthetic thinking skills.
3. Flexibility and adaptability in an international environment.
4. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of ServiceNow is advantageous.
2. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, international team.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in IT asset management or related fields are beneficial.
