- Understand IT asset management processes, including lifecycle and tools for hardware and software.
- Enhance delivery processes by designing new processes and interfaces, and implementing automations using Agile methodology.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UATs).
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including support teams, infrastructure teams, service/product owners, and procurement.
- Identify and gather requirements, proposing associated solutions.
- Contribute to the adoption of new practices and provide support to global teams to ensure consistency in asset inventories.
- Participate in continuous process improvement, gather feedback, propose optimizations, and monitor associated delivery.
- Conduct audits and inventories for hardware and software.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Engineering or Business.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in an international environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with ServiceNow is advantageous.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with IT asset management processes is beneficial.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
