1. Understand IT asset management processes, including lifecycle and tools for hardware and software.
2. Enhance delivery processes by designing new processes and interfaces, and implementing automations using Agile methodology.
3. Participate in user acceptance testing (UATs).
4. Coordinate with various stakeholders including support teams, infrastructure teams, service/product owners, and procurement.
5. Identify and gather requirements, proposing associated solutions.
6. Contribute to the adoption of new practices and provide support to global teams to ensure consistency in asset inventories.
7. Participate in continuous process improvement, gather feedback, propose optimizations, and monitor associated delivery.
8. Conduct audits and inventories for hardware and software.
9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

1. Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Engineering or Business.
2. Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
3. Flexibility and adaptability to work in an international environment.

1. Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with ServiceNow is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with IT asset management processes is beneficial.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
