1. Support the daily management of data products, ensuring functional support to users and efficient problem resolution.
2. Contribute to identifying data quality needs for HR products in collaboration with data sources and business uses.
3. Collaborate with other developers to ensure alignment of delivery with requirements.
4. Actively participate in incident analysis, process documentation, and production reporting to ensure service quality.

1. Currently enrolled in a program in computer science, information systems management, or digital project management.

1. Strong understanding of fundamental data concepts and a keen interest in technology applications.
2. Proficiency in SQL for analytical purposes.
3. Excellent command of digital tools and information systems.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
6. Autonomy, rigor, and adaptability to new technological challenges.
7. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships are beneficial.

Pursuing a degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
