- Support the daily management of data products, ensuring functional support to users and efficient problem resolution.
- Contribute to identifying data quality needs for HR products in collaboration with data sources and business uses.
- Collaborate with team developers to ensure alignment of delivery with requirements.
- Actively participate in incident analysis, process documentation, and production reporting to ensure service quality.
- Currently enrolled in a program in computer science, information systems management, or digital project management.
- Strong understanding of fundamental data concepts and a keen interest in technology applications in this field.
- Proficiency in SQL for analytical purposes.
- Excellent command of digital tools and ease with information systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation.
- Autonomy, rigor, and adaptability to new technological challenges.
