1. Support the daily management of data products, ensuring functional support to users and efficient problem resolution.
2. Contribute to identifying data quality needs for HR products in collaboration with data sources and business uses.
3. Collaborate with team developers to ensure alignment of delivery with requirements.
4. Actively participate in incident analysis, process documentation, and production reporting to ensure service quality.

1. Currently enrolled in a program in computer science, information systems management, or digital project management.
2. Strong understanding of fundamental data concepts and a keen interest in technology applications in this field.
3. Proficiency in SQL for analytical purposes.
4. Excellent command of digital tools and ease with information systems.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation.
6. Autonomy, rigor, and adaptability to new technological challenges.
7. High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
