1. Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Data Products within the HR & CSR data domain.
2. Assist in the daily management of data products, providing functional support to users and ensuring effective problem resolution.
3. Contribute to identifying data quality needs for HR products in collaboration with data sources and business uses.
4. Collaborate with other developers to ensure alignment of delivery with requirements.
5. Actively participate in incident analysis, process documentation, and production reporting to ensure service quality.

1. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or Digital Project Management.

1. Understanding of fundamental data concepts and a strong interest in the application of technologies in this field.
2. Proficiency in SQL for analytical purposes.
3. Good command of digital tools and ease with information systems.
4. Ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills, and customer service orientation.
5. Autonomy, rigor, and adaptability to new technological challenges.
6. High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in data or technology fields are advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
