- Support the daily management of data products, providing functional support to users and ensuring effective problem resolution.
- Contribute to identifying data quality needs for HR products in collaboration with data sources and business uses.
- Collaborate with other developers to ensure alignment of delivery with needs.
- Actively participate in incident analysis, process documentation, and production reporting to ensure service quality.
- Student in computer science, information systems management, or digital project management.
- Understanding of fundamental data concepts and a strong interest in applying technologies in this field.
- Proficiency in SQL for analytical use.
- Good command of digital tools and ease with information systems.
- Ability to work in a team, excellent communication skills, and customer service orientation.
- Autonomy, rigor, and adaptability to new technological challenges.
- Very good level of English, both written and spoken.
